Q: Would you suggest this for a cash parking spot at this price?
Asked by Vern on August 22, 2023
5i Research Answer:

No, no no. DFN is a split share corp. that uses leverage to enhance yield. It has a negative five year return (-1.15%). It has lost money in three years since 2015. The August 2023 dividend was omitted; and dividends have stopped three times now in the past three years. It has its features, but as a cash parking spot we would in absolutely no way endorse it.
