We would consider TA 'OK' but not particularly great, for income. It had to cut its dividend in 2016, and even with some bumps since then it is still below the prior level. The stock is acting better these days and it is cheap at 7X earnings, which makes it more interesting. But very little growth is expected and we would consider it for income only. That being said, if interest rates peak the stock may start acting a bit better overall.
