Q: Thoughts on EFN results?
5i Research Answer:
EFN posted solid second-quarter results. Revenues of $323.1 million beat expectations of $311 million, and rose 12.1% year-over-year; 8.4% of which was organic growth. Adjusted earnings per share rose 14% to $0.33, ahead of expectations of $0.31. Margins remain contained. The company has a solid order backlog and a strong organic growth pipeline. If the company executes on expectations this year, we think the runway is solid for EFN.
