The takeover has always been just a 'proposal'. HAI rejected the proposal, and it appears dead, at least under the current offer. ET owns 9.96% and shows recently as a tiny net recent seller, likely just to stay below the 10% threshold. We think it would be a very good fit for ET. HAI is very cheap though, and ET we think would need to raise its price to get a deal done. Other takeover possibilities: CTS, WELL, ENGH, STC, DCM
