Please see this recent answer. Its small size adds risks, but it has been growing slowly over the past few years, the stock is cheap, and it trades below net asset value. The payout ratio is high which is one concern but we like the company's recent portfolio moves. We would consider it OK, but not overly exciting as a buy today.
