EPS of 61c beat estimates but dropped from 81c last year; revenue of $36.9M fell 35% beat slightly estimates of $36.7M. EBITDA of $39.9M beat estimates of $30.1M. The drop in earnings largely reflects Kimco Holdings and $13.7M in additional deferred distributions. Cash flow was $28.3M. Payout ratio was 65%. We would consider the quarter decent. Most partner investments are performing well and are in good shape. LMS is progressing better than expected and is set to start distributions in the Q3.
