The 10-year offtake agreement is positive, certainly, but also fairly standard for a developer. It provides more confidence to financers and investors. Elk Creek is a good project that continues to move forward. Insiders own 14.5% and the sector (critical minerals) should remain bouyant for some time. There is still only one analyst on the stock, and it has drifted down 30% this year. We would still like to see 'more' here in terms of committed financing to ensure the project gets built. But it is getting more interesting as it moves forward while the stock declines. We think for speculators investors could take a 1/4 position if they like the sector, and watch how developments proceed over the balance of the year. We would not yet give it a strong endorsement, but it is not without potential from current levels.
