CIA faced interruptions to the railway service from its mine as a result of the forest fires in Quebec, however, the railway resumed service in mid-June. It pays a good yield of 4.0%, trades at a reasonable valuation of 8.3X forward earnings, and has a healthy balance sheet. We expect the company to find some level of support soon, but we do not like the recent momentum and it could continue to decline until its next earnings reports when we find out more information on the impact of the wildfires.
