Q: Further to my previous question, in their last financial results, they speak of a recapitalization event. Can you speculate as to what form that might take? Would it likely be a bond issue followed by share buybacks, or ...???

The company is close to breaching debt covenants, so is looking at options. These could include simply changing covenants or extending maturity dates on loans (with creditor approval), raising more equity, selling assets or selling/merging the fund.
