What’s your current thoughts on Tucows? It seems to be picking up steam. Would you recommend it as a buy and how would you rank it compared to a Descartes, Kinaxis, Topicus and Lumine?

5i Research Answer:
We would rank: KXS, LMN, DSG, TOU, TC. TC'S high debt, low cash flow and recent losses temper our enthusiasm. Sales are also still the same as in 2018, and the last quarter was mixed. Expired domain names hurt results again this year. The stock had a big week last week, but there was no material news. But Nasdaq rose 3%. It is still down 10% YTD and down 27% in one year. We would see it more as a HOLD today.
