- Brookfield Corporation Class A Limited Voting Shares (BN)
- Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. Class A Limited Voting Shares (BAM)
Q: Hi 5i,
what Brookfield entity has the largest exposure to Oaktree?
Is it BAM or BN or something else?
With credit markets tightening would you consider Mr. Marks skills as an incredible advantage for Brookfield?
thanks

5i Research Answer:
As of December 31, 2022. BAM’s interest in Oaktree Capital is 64%. However, BN owns 75% of BAM, so in effect owning BN also provides partial exposure to Oaktree.
Howard Marks has a solid track record and the Oaktree offerings add more diversity to Brookfield's total product offering.
