MER is high at 2.19%. We don't mind fees if performance is justified, but for this fund it has been only a 3rd or 4th quartile performer for more than 10 years now. It's since-inception return is only 2.6%, with 10 year return better at 7.1%. It lost money in 2018, 2020 and 2022. For a growth fund, we would expect better long term results and would not give this a strong rating.
