Q: I own shares of Tembec , what I don't understand ...
the shares price are at $4.30 ... they want to sell the Co.
at a share price of $4.05 ... should I sell my shares now
or wait for the transfer to the new Co. ?

Q: I have a 40% profit in Tembec in 3 months. It closed at $4.17. My understanding is the takeover offer is $4.05. Is that correct ? Is a higher move possible or would you recommend selling ?
