Q: I hold both BX and BN at almost full positions. I am considering selling BX to purchase WPC to increase my dividend income and hopefully benefit from rising property prices. Are BX and BN similar enough that this strategy makes sense or would I be just as well off staying the course?

Q: Now that the Fed has paused the rate hikes, is now the good time to put money in REITs. WPC:N has spun off its office properties and now holds mostly industrial properties. It is paying over 7%. Do you thing its a good choice to slowly add this REIT in the portfolio for income?

Q: Can you please update your evaluation of GNL? Do they have the will and the cash flow to fund their dividend in future? Alternatively, are there similar firms that might provide more fully funded income streams?
