Q: I purchased these shares for average of 10.26 at end of Dec.,they are now about 14.25 and pay an 11+% dividend.Do you see any more upside as I'm considering purchasing more.Thanks for any advice you can provide!!

Q: How safe do you view these as? Has Brookfield Properties ever defaulted on preferred shares before? If there is no default then by July 1, 2027 (next reset date) the units should rise in value quite a bit?
