We never like the term, as it implies no risk, and all equities carry risk. But NTR is priced very well as investors fret about a global recession for the second year (and it hasn't happened yet). NTR raised its dividend in February and continues to generate strong free cash flow. It can be cyclical but we think it is buyable today.
