Fees are on the high side at 0.85%, but performance has been decent enough (+11%/five years). Its holdings look fine, though nothing unusual (highly recognizable large and mega-cap companies). Its holding have an average P/E of 30X, so certainly on the expensive side. Average yield is low at 1.2%. We would give it an 'OK but not great' rating.
