It is a close decision between the Canadian technology sector and the financials sector, but we would give the financials sector a slight edge today. We feel that Canadian financials have been unjustly sold off amid the US regional banking failures and that their strong yields and long-term capital appreciation will be favorable to long-term investors. Within the sector, we like TD, BNS, and EQB.
