Any of your thoughts on the Edenbrook Capital, LLC would be appreciated. As the biggest shareholder of Absolute they seem to saying management is giving the company away at the agreed takeover price.
Does this make a higher offer likely? Or a vote against the takeover.

With more than 10%, Edenbrook can make things difficult. The stock has now traded above the offer. We would hold, as odds have improved a little bit of a revised deal. No guarantees, but if Edenbrook can garner more support shareholders may benefit.
