Q: So Superior has declined significantly since a major shareholder sold about half of their holdings in the company. But the company’s financial, management, operational aspects have
NOT changed. Did the shareholder sell because of expected declining earnings in Superior or for their own company specific reasons ? Is this a good time to to top up to a full position ?
Thanks. Derek

The seller did not disclose any reasons, other than 'for investment purposes'. It could be any number of things, and as noted does not change anything. We think it makes sense to add a bit, but we think buyers may have a bit of time. Investors may worry about more shares coming on the market. Keep in mind Brookfield also has an interest in the company through preferred shares.
