We got this info from Bloomberg Professional. However it looks like Bloomberg missed a transaction between Orion and Coeur Mining, with a share swap between the two. In the 2022 management information circular, Coeur shows as owning 17.4%. In a further regulatory filing in 2022, Coeur's ownership was reduced to 9.5%.
