Q: I almost missed the notice that the Directors of DM had purchased almost 2.5 million shares of the company last month which I see as positive but I also noticed when reading the FSZ information circular that 3 of the 4 Directors I was asked for vote for did not own a single share of FSZ. Needless to say they did not get my vote and I will now look to sell my FSZ in the near future. If the Directors aren't willing to own shares in their company then neither will I.

We would agree that it is better that directors own shares. FSZ insiders in aggregate do own 8% of the company, however.
