Q: I'd value your suggestion (and reasons) for equities for my 22 y.o. grandson for his TFSA. He has room for $19,000.00. He does not need the money for at least 5 years. Thank you, Fooklin

Five years is a decent amount of time, but not a huge amount. We might side with conservative picks, such as VGRO for an ETF, or VFV for a general market ETFs. With a relatively low amount, ETFs are better for diversification and to keep trading costs low. A more aggressive choice would be IWO.
